Author's Message

         During the twenty five years spent working as physician, I learned  how much the course of health can change with timely, proactive care. 

 Medicine isn’t only about treating disease; it is also about prevention, preserving vitality and long-term function. This perspective  raised my enthusiasm for  longevity medicine, where evidence-based science and prevention come together to  support healthy aging.

          Combining medical knowledge and experience with scientific research and clinical evidence in the fast evolving field of longevity, I wrote the book 

"90-Day Reset for Healthy Longevity" to provide you the knowledge and tools to take control of how you age.  

         My goal with this book is to deliver the information in a friendly format that is simple to read, easy to revisit, and practical to apply. The book is designed not only as an informational guide but  also as a hands-on  personal roadmap to help you build a longer, healthier, more vibrant life.
