The book is intended for people who like to be informed, who dislike vague and confusing advice and want to actively support and take meaningful steps towards healthy and delayed aging.
The step-by-step approach outlined in the book has been tested in real life. In addition to patients, family and friends,I am personally following it beyond the 90 days with significant improvements in vitality, energy, and immune function—along with positive shifts in measurable biomarkers, including a lower biological age score.
My goal is to offer readers a clear and encouraging path toward youthful and protracted aging—one that is practical, structured, rooted in research and experience.
